Recently noticed that my PC makes this noise whenever I start playing a game.

(the other sounds are my mouse and mechanical keyboard)
If it's too loud, I apologize. I literally put my phone inside my pc and started recording the sound.
The fans seems to get louder whenever I start playing a game. Is that normal?
I don't know where it's coming from so I don't know what's the fix for it.
