Looks like a GTX 550 or 560, maybe a 460. It should have a model number on the sticker on the back, unless it fell off.

Well, that does away with my suggestion of naming it "Dave"....

In most cases, you can strip the shroud and heatsink off the board, and you should at least see a model number silk screened on the PC board....or you can install it to a machine, and boot it from a Live Linux distro and do an "lshw" or look in hardware info, and get the model number that way.
