That Video is based off playing the game at 720p. While still playable many users have reported that there is insane blurring when you drop down from 1920x1080.

there is no way you can run it on an r9 250 without lagging! even the ps4 which it was designed for is dropping frames to 20fps

the game is poorly built.. wait for the developers to patch it up or some modder to develop a fix,untill then dont get your hopes up

i played with r7 250 2gb ddr3 at lowest settings 1080p....still it lags sometimes but you can play it....
consider keeping your money for a better card rather than buying the game

i didnt meter it man...you definately can play it... why dont you download the game first to see how it runs?if you can play it then buy it

I also have the same card. After installing patch 3 I am able to play on medium settings with 30fps max and 20 minimum
