If the solder could stick to that metal but i assume that would be aluminium. But remember you need special cable for that i would desolder whole "Thingy" and solder the cable that is usually used as deatachable antenna for wifi adapter and then solder, but you're gonna need it to stick it to the plastic base (hot glue). Like the right one on the picture.

And cable has 2 conductors the outer shield and inner copper base, copper base set as +(signal) and outer as - (ground).
OR second option , check polarity of both connectors when desoldered, solder both together (++,--) and then connect to one antenna, signal could get better.
