Hello,

Just wondering what people think would be the best graphics card to get for my new system. I will not be using it for gaming (maybe football manager - thats all), mainly for some 3D work and very light video editing from time to time. Budget is around £100 ($150).

Thanks!

One of my friend bought an R9 270x 2gb, Actually does pretty well the job for rendering Vegas 12, and after effects, you could get it for about 160$, a very cheap card that will give you possibility to play video games, and edit.

I was hoping to go a little cheaper than that ($200 here in the UK). The GTX 750 Ti looked quite good?

It's probably got the best compatibility and performance for that price range. If its professional, not hobby level you should really work with a larger budget but for basic workloads that card will cover it.

I forgot to say it needs to have HDMI support, that looks like it only has mini display port.

A GTX 750Ti, R7 260X/R9 270X, A GTX 760, etc.

Also, get a Seasonic 620W or XFX 650W power supply. The Corsair CX series of power supplies uses poor capacitors.
