Can anyone recommend a Laptop?

Hi, I'm been researching laptops for the last few months and haven't seen any clear winners in the top 10's so I'm open it ideas.

Basically the laptop will be used around the house for streaming movies, netflix and games from my xbox one. I'm not a huge PC gamer but Total war, CIV and Football manager will be played. Also starter level family shots photography (but nothing crazy).

Priority Order 1. Screen quality 2. Wireless connection 3. GPU 4. Durability (have kids) 5. Screen size 15"

Price (ideally) - £500 - £600 range (but i'd would go up to £1000 for a Dell XPS level but are they over kill for my needs?

No laptop will stand up to kids. For that you'll have to get a Toughbook for about $2,000 +

In your budget, a system with a 950m or 960m video card would be good, any of those will have a good CPU for your use. Look around what is available in your area with those video cards, and you can then look up some reviews for the screen.
