Would anyone recommend a small case for me that should be easy to install and clean. In addition, it shouldn't fall out paint)

The current one I'm using is bulky in size while I never need a display card and quite inconvenient to
clean out the dust)

Solution
If you are talking about keeping your current hardware in it, we will need to know what you have.

Plenty of smaller form factor cases, but most of the ones you will find will have room for a GPU.

Some of the older HTPC cases might be what you are looking for? Very low volume, but generally you need a Mini-ITX motherboard.

Not much call for small form factor, Micro ATX or ATX chassis. Some really old desktop style chassis, but they are still quite large, just flatter.

Some examples:

HTPC

Mini-ITX

MicroATX

A lot of these will have to have small form factor power supplies. So if you have a standard one, then you'll have to stick with at least Micro ATX style cases, assuming your motherboard will fit.
