[SOLVED] can anyone recommend settings(calibration) for AOC monitor "CQ32G1" plz?

just got the monitor to replace my 7 years old one, screen calibration has always been a problem to me, i could never tell weather i have the right color or not, is there any PROs here that can help me or suggest a setting plz?

Lagom's LCD Monitor Test Pages have worked great for me. Goes super in depth on each setting, and what screen images and performance should and shouldn't look like. Even though it's listed as an "LCD" test, I've used it for LED monitors and it worked just fine.
