Just installed new memory, CPU and cooler. But now get the problem shown in the video. Pc boots for 0.1 seconds then shuts off after flashing the CPU light on motherboard. Only using one stick ram in the video as I tested all the ram in all the posts, and obviously nothing worked. Any help if much appreciated!

Parts are:
MSI B150M Bazooka
16gb ddr4 vengeance 2133 (& 8gb ddr4 2400 vengeance ram which is old ram was gonna use as well)
Gtx 960
i5 9400
XFX TF 550w

Solution
You are but one of many that have made this mistake - it's not your fault, by the way, but Intel's.
6th and 7th gen cpu + 100 and 200 series mobo = LGA 1151
8th and 9th gen cpu + 300 series mobo = LGA 1151 V2 The V2 is omitted for whatever reason...

Current motherboard and cpu aren't compatible.

Just rang local parts store before and they said that to be the case, Not a worry though because I was looking to replace motherboard anyway. Thanks for the reply!
