Can anyone suggest a $1600- $1700 pc gaming build with these specs?

I would like a pc with an Intel i7-8700k and a GeForce GTX 1080 Ti. I would also like 16 GB of RAM and a motherboard with connectivity to 8th generation Intel cores with wifi and bluetooth capabilities in it. I also would like a great airflow mid-size case and at least a 7200 RPM 1 TB internal drive with a SSD too. If anyone can make a build closer to $1600, that would help a lot.

Everything is fine except motherboard. Asus TUF series is currently the worst motherboard lineups as far as the vrms and capacitors go . I suggest to go with msi z370 tomhawk or Asrock z370m pro 4

You got the wrong info. MSI on the other-hand has bad QC and I will recommend Asrock over MSI as Asrock is far more consistent in quality compared to MSI and ASUS and Gigabyte are even better than Asrock. That TUF board packs in good quality capacitors which can handle decent amount of power even on air. You can 5GHz OC on that board no problem on general cooling and with custom loop it can be pushed even higher no problem and board can handle that power output 24x7.
