Can anyone suggest a CPU cooler that doesn't need a back plate to be installed from the bottom of the mobo.

I don't have access from the bottom of the motherboard, just the front since I have a prebuilt PC. ASUS M32AD

Most require a backplate. You could always take the Mobo out and put the backplate on
