I'd go with i9-9900K since i9-9900KF has on-board graphics disabled and you need to use dedicated GPU to get it working (just like AMD CPUs). Also, i9-9900KF price difference of $4 doesn't justify the reason going for it,

Have you considered which CPU Cooler you will use to cool this monster?
What motherboard, case and case fans are you considering?
