Can anyone tell me about the noise produced by the G1 Gaming 980ti card?

I am trying to purchase the gigabyte 980ti by gigabyte, the non-reference version with the Windforce cooler but there are many reviews about coil whine which scare me. Just wanting to know if anyone here has had any experience with that card. Thanks

I havent had any personal experience with it, however i have seen a few reviews of the card, none of which had any coil whine. If you were to get a card with really bad coil whine, i imagine you could RMA it.

Thanks, I was worried Coil whine was not an "RMA'able" excuse. And since I'm currently in that process with my Mobo I am not reluctant to do it again. Thanks for the response
