Can anyone tell me if all my parts will fit into the case nicely and work together?

Solution
not bad but there are a few problems.

1. the amd architecture is not as solid as the intel architecture. for the same price at this cpu, rather get an Intel i5-4570
2. a cpu cooler is unnecesary unless you plan to overclock. scratch that.
2. asrock motherboards are not very reliable. rather go for either an asus or gigabyte. here is one for the same price: Asus B85M-E
3. These days, 1600mhz ram is pretty much standard. rather go for this ram: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/gskill-memory-f312800cl9d8gbxl
4. pcie ssd can often cause strange problems, and in most cases, you will not be able to boot from them. rather go for a sata one such as the http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/sandisk-internal-hard-drive-sdssdhp256gg25
5. with the money...

5. with the money you saved on the cpu cooler, you can get a more beefy gpu like the http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-video-card-hd7790dc2oc2gd5

here is your build with my recommended changes:
http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/user/ryan27968/saved/2mHs
you now have a more beefy system, at the same price point. this sytem is more future proof, will last longer, and run faster and cooler
