i seriouly have no idea i bought this last week and almost 10 days now

i was experiencing black screen issue and i just saw this on my see-thought case...which i don't remember it look like that day 1...

Is your CPU water cooled? That looks like a slow leak did that.

no I'm on intel stock cooler and those mark can't be clean off...
