Can anyone verify that OutletPC is reliable?

Hey everyone, I ordered a HDD and optical drive from OutletPC on December 14 which was last Saturday and I have yet to recieve any word on my shipment. Parts from NCIX, Newegg, Microcenter, and Amazon have all come in, all with up to date tracking. My outletpc has yet to even update since Saturday though and im becoming very worried. Is this justified or am I just paranoid? I have sent three emails and have gotten no replies
