Can apply a upgrade version key to full version?

I have bought a upgrade version win 7 ulimate 32 bit, but i want to install a 64 bit one. So can i download a full version 64 bit, and use the license key of upgrade version? Will WAG block it?

Yes, you may use your existing licence key with the 64 bit version.

Upgrade serials cannot be used on retail or OEM copies. Likewise, OEM and retail serials cannot be used with Upgrade media either.
