Can Assassin Creed 4 Black Flag crash due to low ram or GPU .

I downloaded Assassin Creed 4 BC after completing setup started it all goes well . The title appears and and click start new game a new window appear and it crash (ac4bf has stopped working) Even tried it with lowest gfx settings it crash again . I just wanted to know that it could be because I have only 2gb ram.
My cpu specs are

Processor - Intel dual core @ 3.5hz

Ram - 2gb

GPU - Intel integrated 1050 mb

Windows - 7 64bit .

I wanted to know that it is due to ram and GPU or my game is corrupted or is there any way if it can run in low fps.

It's most likely the integrated Intel graphics being too weak. The game requires a minimum of GTX 260 or HD 4870 level graphics.
