So long as you have a PSU that can deliver 450W of power to your entire system, you're good to go! I'm estimating more for headroom and longevity's sake otherwise a brand new 350W PSU should do. What processor do you currently have to work with?

my processor is i5-4460 and the power supply is cooler master 500w. so will it support for this graphic card? and may i know what is the type of PCIe for this b85m-g motherboard?

Yes, it should work 100% fine. I have a gigabyte gtx 1080 xtreme with that mobo.
