Can asus gts 450 run on my smps....?

the psu only has 20 amps on the 12v rail, that's 240W. The card consumes around 110W under heavy gaming (furmark pushes it up to 140W). If you have a really low power cpu and only one hard drive, you might be alright. It would be a wise move to buy a new psu as well. Total wattage doesn't have to increase since modern psu desings have a very strong 12V rail(s), so new psus can output almost all of their watts via 12V rail(s).
