can asus gtx strix 970 fit in asus maximus iv exreme z?

hello everyone,

i have an motherboard asus maximus iv extreme-z, i have bought asus gtx strix 970. it is on the way to my for delivery. i don't know much about this stuff, my friend said that i should check dimensions in the cpu case, i bought Cooler Master K281 Mid Tower Cabinet, is this right for the entire motherboard and gpu?
