can B75 Overclock at all ?

Not significantly. Multipliers will be locked to whatever the CPU can do. You can modify the BCLK a little, but generally will become unstable after a few MHz. 100x30 = 3GHz 107x30 = 3.21 GHz so you don't gain too much. And that is if it will run at 107, just an example.
