Can be cpu broken?

Hi guys today i want test out my old motherboard which supports up to 32gb ram (my new supports only 16gb) so my pc doesnt boot up to bios or even to windows so i just want to know if is posibble to break cpu if my cpu falls from 0.1M to my desk from my fingers (the flat side not pins) thanks i will decide from this.

If i start my pc power supply normally work until i power off it, i used this memory before without any problems.

I will try, just clean or reset? I will try switching the rams, yes i feel some heat when i touch the passive cooler.

I got also mechanic drive and better cpu cooler also the sound card but now its disconnected from the computer.

Its boot with 2 sticks in blue slot (total 8gb of ram)

Everything works good i will try use some combination with rams hope they are not dead.

I used air to clean the ram and the slots now all 4 slots and all 4 rams are working so there is no other issue
