Question Can bent pins cause overheating?

I accidentally bent like 7 pins when i was putting my cooler. But managed to get it straight and working because the bent was not that serious. But im getting weird temperature increase on cpu.
Its at 34° at idle and when i do basic tasks the temp jumps from 40° - 50°. Can the bent pin be the culprit for this?

Ryzen 5 3600
Gtx 1660
B450 Aorus Pro Wifi
HyperX Predator 16gb 3200mhz
ML240L RGB liquid cooler
MasterCooler 750w psu

Small temp jumps are normal when you do any task, small or large. Does it settle back down to baseline quickly after you're done?

No it kinda stays within the range of 40 to 50°. And its coming to this temp whilist opening a folder and speccy

And my Cpu coolers fan speeds are changing continuously. It gets really loud and quite .
