So like 2 years ago i managed to bend maybe 6 pins on my motherboard on accident when cleaning my pc. I just put the cpu back in and it has been working properly (i think) since that. But i have thought if bent pins can have some not so serious effects on my pc and cpu that are hard to detect. For example regular framedrops in games or problems with other features?

Not likely something that is going to directly affect your frame times it is going to be something much more fundamental.

You can find pinout lists for most cpu and see what each pin does.

Could be you now have a memory slot or maybe a pcie slot that does not function. If you are not using it you will not be affected and might not ever know until you try to use it.

it depends on socket lay out and pin lay out on cpu some pins are associated with ram some for power etc

If this is LGA, you may be able to bend them back into place if you are patient. Similar situation on the CPU side (such as AM4).
Personally, if it has been working apparently fine for this long and you aren't aware of missing anything I would be inclined to leaving it alone. "If it ain't broke"
