I just replaced my GPU to RX580 and after replacement I started to hear buzzy noises from GPU when using headphones. I thought the GPU is not working properly so I swapped back the old one, but the noises in the headphones continued.

System specs:
AMD Ryzen 5 3600
AMD RX580
Corsair CX550M PSU
MSI B450 A PRO MAX
Corsair Ballistix Sport (2x8GB) 3200Mhz
Kingston A2000 M2 SSD

Thanks for your opinions guys.

As stated above full system specs would help us help you.
But if a standoff was touching the Realtek (Audio) chip, then it could absolutely be the cause of your current audio issues.
It sounds like you caused the standoff to come in contact with the solder on the underside of your MB and possibly shorted when you replaced your GPU.

So today I connected external sound card through back panel USB and I can still hear some buzzing noise but it is much less noticable. This is really weird.
