can connect to any wifi but not to the internet

Hi, I have a strange problem with my pc. I can connect to any network, but it doesn't connect me to the internet. it happens with every wifi network.
So far I have tried:

Spoiler

-connecting to phone wifi
-connecting to tablet wifi
-thetering via phone's usb (works)
- I've pinged 127.0.0.1 with success, but when i ping 192.168.1.1 i get a time out.
-updating drivers with Driver Booster
-clearing temp folder and reconnecting
-managing services run on startup

I started having these problems recently (1 day)

Go into command mode, run "ipconfig /all" without the quotes.

I actually managed to get around the problem, by snatching the adapter from my mother's pc and connecting her's with ethernet cable ^^
Everything's working fine now, and tanks for your fatigue
