Thats what I want to know, I dont overclock anything andI want to play games like WD_2, Ghost recon and similar at 2k ultra > 90fps

Good brand and model, but the 1660ti is the most powerful GPU to officially work on 450w according to Nvidia.

450w is not nearly enough for a 2080 or 2070, which need at least a 550 or 650w.

You might get it to start, but it may experience unexpected shutdowns or psu failure.
A good brand but 450w is a bit on the low side for a system running an RTX 2080 I would have thought, doesn't leave much overhead considering Geforce recommends 650w.
My choice would be a 550w at least, but stick with quality brands like you've already mentioned (Corsair/Seasonic for example).
