Which is what i replied too, watts usage between gpu's is about 25watts. The gtx 1050 ti according to Nvidia's specs uses about 75watts max, the gtx 1650 super 100watts max, theoretically

System usage is maybe 225watts. Maybe it spikes to 250, even that is fine.

What about 350watts? Why do you want that? There are no good 350watt psu's afaik. Just stick to the 450watt CX and you should be fine for quite some time.

I mean what if it takes 350watt? It is okay or? And 1 more question cv450 can run an H61 motherboard? Also it has a missing pin in 24 pin connector so is that okay or?

Yes even if the pc uses 350watts would that be fine.
Yes the 24pin connector is missing one pin.
Yes no reason why the CV 450wat wouldn't be able to run a H61 system unless having a gpu that uses a certain amount of power. Again best would be to go CX here as well.

Well I bought 2 psu for my gaming pc cx450 and cv450, cv450 for i3 2nd generation, h61 motherboard, 4gb ddr3 ram, 1tb hdd, dvd rw, no gpu, etc (office pc)
