Can CX430 PSU power a gtx 760 just for dual monitor setup (no gaming).

I am going to university soon so I plan to put my gtx 760 in my parents computer so they can use two monitors since I will not be using my one. There is a CX430 (I understand they are not great), the processor is an i5 4670. Custom built (by me) and they use linux (didn't bother getting windows).

It will be able to power the system, it might be just enough, but the CPU and PSU maximum power usage is just over 200w, and along with the HDD and other components needing power, you should be good!
