So I installed GTA 5 yesterday and ran it on low-med settings at 1366x768 resolution, I was getting 33-45 fps. I defragged my hdd today and and ran GTA 5 again expecting the performance to probably increase, and apparently i was getting 25-35 fps at the same settings. Is this possible?
