Can ep35-ds3 motherboard supports pcie 16x 3.0 graphics card?

I have a old motherboard and i want upgrade my graphics card to gtx 750 ti which is pcie 3.0.Can ep35-ds3 gigabyte motherboard supports 3.0?
If no it is good idea the gt730 1gb oc pcie 16x 2.0 for gaming?

If you do a BIOS update, the 750 Ti has a good chance of working. Depending on your power supply. You'd want about a 280 watt one for it to run with no issues, although people have posted they run a 750 Ti on 250 watt power supplies.
