Solution
For the GTX 950, the maximum digital resolution is 5120x3200. For gaming, I'd refrain from playing at 4K resolution, you'll have to downscale to 1080p for it to be playable.

That is for a single monitor right?

And is it compatible with this system I have:

PSU: 850 Watts - Corsair CMPSU-850TXV2 80 Plus Power Supply - Quad SLI Ready
CPU: Intel® Core™ i5-2500 3.30 GHz 6M Intel Smart Cache LGA1155 [
MEMORY: 8GB (4GBx2) DDR3/1600MHz (Corsair Vengeance)
MOTHERBOARD: [CrossFireX/SLI] GigaByte Z68X-UD3H-B3 Intel Z68 Chipset DDR3 ATX Mainboard Gen2 PCIe, 3 PCIe X1 & 2 PCI

I'm a little confused.

Is this for gaming? a gpu like the 950 will get ridiculously low fps.

A 950 wont even max out games at 1080p 60fps.

its NOT for gaming but for watching 4k videos on youtube, vimeo, netflix, and ultrafix.

I recon you will be fine in that case - just don't dream of gaming at those resolutions 😛 you need multiple high end graphics cards to push all Dem pixels at acceptable fps.
