A few months ago while moving I accidentally dropped my monitor and PC, although my PC seemed unharmed, my monitor broke. After a few months I finally bought a new monitor. But after the incident whenever I'm playing on my PC and someone else is streaming something in my home, I will suffer latency issues quite often. This has never happened before and I recently found out that my motherboard is damaged. Could a faulty motherboard been causing my lag issues?

How sure are you that it's only when someone streams? Did you check and make sure everything was still intact after accidentally dropping it? Temps in check? CPU usage at idle?

Yeah I opened up my PC to make sure that everything was intact. Checked temps and cpu usage after that using a friends equipment and everything was as same as before. I have tested out my lag problem by playing when everyone was asleep. I first played with only the game running then tried out with my phone running a video on youtube. All the while the video was going on at 720p my game dealt with heavy lag spikes
