The official site of this PSU says this unit has "Enhanced Dual rails +12V1, +12V2 output". But it didn't say how much Amps that each of these +12V deliver, which undermines the quality of PSU. The combined Amps on these rail should be at least 20Amps or more. The most important criteria is the Amps delivery of PSU on +12V than the Wattage.

Given the vague circumstances, this PSU being a 450W, we can only assume that it may power the GT 730. It's more like a gamble than a 100% confirmation.
