Can front panel i/o connections be removed?

Hi,

Regarding the front I/O panel, can any of the connectors be removed from it? I know you can obviously remove the other end from the mobo but it looks like HD audio cable should be removable from the panel end but it won't budge.

Are they crimped on or something?
