Can g620t run fortnite?

I have an old pc with 4gb of ddr3 ram and pentium g620t (no gpu). It is pretty sh*tbut can It run fortnite on the lowest settings?

The minimum GPU requirements for Fortnite is HD4000 - which is the iGPU from higher-end IvyBridge CPUs.

Given you've got the budget end of SandyBridge, a pretty weak dual core by modern standards..... I wouldn't expect it to be an overly fun experience.
Can it "run"? Probably. Drop resolution/resolution scale, lowest settings.
Would it be "playable"? Unfortunately, I'm just not seeing it.
