Can gigabyte GA-Z87M-D3H overclock the g3258?
If yes, then to how much,On both liquid cooling and air cooling and also help me to get a suitable 8 gigs of ram for it. (the processor only supports 1366mhz RAM)

Yes. How much depends on your cpu and cpu cooler used.
Any 8GB mainstream ram will do.

Thanks for the info but on this site (http://cpuboss.com/cpu/Intel-Pentium-G3258) it is written that processor supports only 1366 mhz type ram, I was just asking whether I can use a 1600 mhz ram or not.

You could but it will only run at 1333Mhz such that is the max for Pentium cpus
