Can gpu be rapleaced because of bad fan?

Hi, I have gpu 780 dc2oc and one fan was buzzing very loud and I rma it. Can I get my money back for it or some replacment for her based on this problem?

This is in idle but when start something more gpu demanding it is very loud.

Also VRM temperatures when playing some games are going to 90°C.

Yes Yes and yes again. YOu have the vid proof now all you have to do is contact your seller or the Asus (submit a ticket).

I highly doubt Asus will give you a refund. If it's under was warranty and you rma it they will either repair it or replace it. If it's just a bad fan they will probably just replace the fan and send it back to you.

Hi, thx for quick reply. I have sent gpu for rma to seller and they said they will send gpu to supplier to see if they can fix the problem. I bought it 10 months ago so I am wondering if I can get my money back. I see that gtx 780 is very rare now.

Yes, but you see I am jinx with these gpu's. Had sapphire 280x and also was fan failure and they sent me some power color 280x as replacment but I wanted money back. Then bought 780 gtx and after 10 months fan dies again.

You will not receive money back only way is within first 30 days. If the card iis still covered under warranty it will be either repaired or replaced. If the same model is not available for replacement a comparable model will be used

Yea it is in warrany until june 2017. When my sapphire 280x got problem with fan I also rma and recived replacment card power color 280x, I returned it and demanded money back and I had recived money back. To be honest I would like to get replacment in some form of 970
