You won't be able to get ultra settings, only thing good you have going for you with the GPU you have is it's 2gb VRAM.

You'll be able to play at a modified medium settings with a stable 50fps-60fps

It depends on how much RAM you have. IT can run GTA V 1080p on a tweaked very high settings and 40-60fps stable. More than 4GB RAM is recommended for 1080p and very high settings

8gb ram and 2gb video ram i will also turn off msaa and msaa reflection after that i can expect 50-60 fps on ultra

I'm pretty sure you'll need 3GB VRAM for ultra 1080p. also msaa reflections don't affect VRAM much in GTA V. I'm sure you can play at a highly tweaked ultra if you do it right but most ppl experience random game crashes when they ignore the VRAM limit, I have as well, even when I went over by 20MB
