Hi guys.
I have asus H110m-k motherboard wich has only one slot for pcie X16
psu is 650w
I have two gpus evga gtx 1060 sc 3gb and Msi gtx 1080 gaming 8gb.
I have three questions:
1. can i install one on pcie X16 slot and use riser adapter for second one?
2.would they work together?
3.Will 650w enough for them?
4.Do i need some software configuration apart from hardware installment?

Solution
1. Yes, as long as the PCIe x1 slot normally still functions when a GPU is installed in the PCIe x16 slot.
2. Yes and no. Yes, they will both work. They don't actually work together. Each GPU works separately on its own data.
3. Depends on the quality of the PSU. You can tweak GPU settings to minimize power draw. Which you should do no matter the PSU to minimize wasted power usage and maximize your return. If your PSU isn’t very efficient. An 80+ platinum unit can pay for itself in saved energy.
4. Just to get everything configured correctly, wallet setup, &c. This is a complex topic. There are sites dedicated to getting software setup. You need to do a lot of reading. There are so many wallets, exchanges, currencies, finding...

There are so many wallets, exchanges, currencies, finding the right mining guild (pool). For nVidia GPU ZCash looks good right now.

Thanxs for answering. I m using msi afterburner and my gpu power usage is set to 80 limimt.
So this psu is enough, as you said.
I am currently mining zcash with awesome miner. just got another card and was curious

So, if i purchase riser adapter wich has pcie 6 pin to sata connector, is it good choice? As i understand, adapter is connected to motherboard via usb to pci e x1 slot, also gpu card sits on adapter and also this gpu card is connected to pci e 6+2 connector. How can i connect adapter itself to psu? Have i to insert molex to sata cable to psu's sata slot? Isn it risky for becoming hot? And are there long 6pin to sata cables , because my second gpu is out of case far about 30-40 cm

You want something like this. It lets you use a 6 pin PCIe cable. As that slot may have to provide up to 75W. I wouldn't want to use a single SATA or Molex power cable. Dual molex (from different lines) to PCIe 6 pin is probably fine. I'd still opt for a straight PCIe 6 pin.
