at first i wanted to buy a Pentium G4560 but discovered that my motherboard doesn't fit it so i decided on the Xeon X5460, but now i'm thinking if it makes a big difference on GPU's as well, i wanna be 100% sure before i buy anything and i don't want to buy a new motherboard

also will it affect my performance that i have a 32-bit windows? i know that i can not have more than 4GB RAM in this case and i have accepted that, but i wonder if it will bring anything else down

final question: i don't wanna buy a new CPU fan because of money, and i wonder if i can put any fan on any CPU

(i'm a noob)

Solution
A 750TI just needs a PCIe x16 slot - so yes, it's compatible.

As for CPU fans... not exactly.

The stock coolers that come with a specific CPU is only *technically* sufficient for that CPU alone.

The TDP of a X5460 is 120W.
Whereas most LGA775 CPUs (Core2Duo etc) are in the 65W range.

So a "stock" cooler for a C2D is not sufficient for the Xeon.
