Can GTX 750 Ti match the performance of HD 7870 when overclocked to 1400 MHz Core and 6000 MHz memory?

I assembled a new PC which has a Core i3 4150 and GTX 750 Ti at its heart.Well..currently I am playing at 1360x768 on a 19" monitor and it is handling most latest AAA titles at High settings at 60±15 FPS. I am now thinking about upgrading to a 24 Inch 1080p monitor. Will it be able to give ~45 FPS @Medium-High...ish settings @ 1080p after overclocking it as mentioned above?

Just compared 750Ti and 7850's benchmarks at anandtech and it seems that they compete with each other AT THEIR STOCK CLOCKS. 750Ti performs better/worse depending upon the game. What should I make of this for 750ti (OCed) vs 7870 (Stock)? (They didn't had 7870's benchmarks to compare)

Oooh 7850 I didn't see what you were comparing.. well it's same like comparing GTX 960 with GTX 970 that's the difference between 7850 and 7870 back in the days so it's huge 😀

AvidEx gave you the benchmarks between the 750ti and 7870 :)

Ok...so now I have seen the benchmarks of 750Ti and 7870 and it seems it will be worse than 7870 even when aggressively OCed but will it be ~15-20% better than itself when OCed?
