It should work fine, what you should be worried when looking at bottnecking stuff like that is the CPU and GPU combo thats it. Ram wont bottleneck your gpu but your cpu. its better to have atleast 8gb of ram to get the best out of your system. Get a dual kit for dual channel. Everything looks good. what psu do you have?
