Can Gtx 760 handle Skyrim with 140+ mods?

so I've got ~150 mods in skyrim, including heavy graphic mods like: "Season of Skyrims Enb" "Textures of tamriel", "W.A.T.E.R.", Mesh imrovenemnt etc. but my gaming card (Gtx 650 1Gb) can't handle it, so I've decided to upgrade it and buy Gtx 760 4Gb version, my Question is approximately how much FPS will I get? it's really laggy right now with my Gtx650 15-25 Fps is max I think, can Gtx760 handle those mods?

No way, man. Check my build, it barely runs playable with around 230mods. You need LOTS of video memory for skyrim modding, and this is where AMD cards excel.

I would get an r9 290, http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-video-card-r9290aedfd it should handle it.
You do need a quality 650w psu tho.

Don't exactly know :/ but it's not bad becouse when I was building this PC, I told my programmer/engeneer to put GOOD power supply unit

Disconnect your pc plug, open the case and tell me brand and model.

dammit 🙁 can't do it now, but i'll defininetly check it tommorow, I hope that I'm not bothering you, i'll contact you tommorow if you have time and tell you my PSU brand and model I do really appreciate your help, I only know basics of PC components...
