The question is..can the GC run on my rig with the 500W Psu to combined with those parts?
According to this details
http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-950/specifications

It said Min:360W
Does it mean 360W just for GC or min 360W of PSU? (Mine was 500W maybe)

Solution
Yes! The Gtx 950 will run on your computer.

When nVidia says you need a minimum of 360W, its referring to the total psu wattage. Your psu is rated for 500W and is plenty. The gtx 950 by itself only draws around 115W and the rest of your system will draw maybe another 100-150W, so you're definitely fine there.
