Question Can HP ELITE 8100 CMT mobo run a RADEON RX 570?

Can HP ELITE 8100 CMT mobo run a RADEON RX 570, with i5 650 3.3 ghz and 8GB Ram with the stock 320W PSU from HP. I've heard that the HP PSU's are robust and can run any sort of GPU until and unless it requires external pin connectors.
