Question Can HP Elite 8100 CMT mobo run Radeon RX 470?

Can HP ELITE 8100 CMT mobo run a RADEON RX 470, with Intel i5 650 3.3 ghz and 8GB Ram with the stock 320W PSU from HP. I've heard that the HP PSU's are robust and can run any sort of GPU until and unless it requires external pin connectors (which I have made a connection for in this case).

NOTE: I have an extra connection made inside my rig, which has 2-6 pin connectors and I currently use a GTX 460 that requires 2-6 pin connectors.

Will I be able to run the XFX Radeon RX 470 on my motherboard? Has a x16 PCIe slot. Will there be any bottle necking of the GPU by my 2 cores 4 threads CPU? Can I pair this GPU with my current CPU, PSU, RAM or any upgrade has to be made to be able to run this GPU? Any help is much appreciated, as I'm planing to upgrade soon.

You'd need more power for Rx 470, the rest should be OK.
