Can i able to stream games with inter core 2 duo?

Can I stream games on intel core 2 duo e8400 3ghz with gtx750ti 4gb and 8gb ram? Tia

i run a core2duo e7500 and gtx 750, it records fine and i get decent frames in new(ish) games, so i think streaming would be alright.
I use shadowplay to record mainly using the gpu and the core2duo is too weak to record.
