I have windows 7 32 bit install in my pc
with Intel core 2 duo processor E7500 @ 2.94GHz
2048 MB DDR3 ram
320GB 3G Hard drive
Intel GMA X4500 Graphics
and PSU=180W
Can i able to upgrade it to 500W
specification about my motherboard http://www.findlaptopdriver.com/specs-eton-1-0-foxconn/
If i upgrade my psu from 180 to 500 dose it fire up my pc
Please tell me

Assuming that your system does not require a proprietary form factor for the PSU, then yes, getting a better power supply is the first step before getting a new video card.
 
What CASE are you using ? (If its a purchased system say model #).

Some cases use different size power supplies than the standard ATX PSU, especially small form factor cases.

Some cases also need "Low Profile" video cards vs. full height video cards.

Most likely you can upgrade, but the parts you use will differ depending on what case format you have.

It's also good on a pre-built system to check and make sure there is a PCIe x16 slot on the motherboard. Some really cheap systems do not have a slot for a video card. The FOXCON ETON MB you linked above does have an x16 slot, so if that is yours you are set.
